Ring Out the First Pitch at a Texas Rangers’ Baseball Game!
July 29, 2017 | Arlington, TX

We have four tickets options again for this year’s event. We have secured seats in Upper Reserved (red), Lower Reserved (orange), Lexus Club Terrace (brown), and the Chohula All You Can Eat Porch (peach).
When ordering tickets through Area 9, please remember to use the individual’s name as it appears on their government-issued photo ID. This will help the ticket office reprint a lost ticket.
How to Order Your Tickets
Those wishing to ring the national anthem and those wishing to cheer can order all of their tickets through Area 9. We have worked closely with the box office team to streamline the ordering process this year. Once you place your order through our registration website, your information will automatically be sent to the Texas Rangers. A box office team member will find the perfect seats in your purchased section, place the purchaser’s name on those seats, and e-mail your park entry tickets to the purchaser.
New this year is the membership discount! Ringers who are a member of Handbell Musicians of America receive a $5 discount by registering for this event as an HMA Member. Ringers who are part of a church or community choir/ensemble that is a member of Handbell Musicians of America may use the group’s membership number as allowed by the organization to receive a $10 discounted registration. Ringers who do not have a membership or access to an organization’s membership must register as a Non-HMA Member for this event or join Handbell Musicians of America to register as an HMA member at the discounted rate.
Those wishing to sit together as a group must place ONE order for all tickets.
We have no mechanism to allow for individual orders to be seated together this year. Please adjust your group registration process accordingly.
While the Rangers’ box office team is getting your park entry tickets e-mailed out, we will be e-mailing each ringer their check-in ticket. This ticket will allow the ringer to collect their souvenir t-shirt which is also needed for field access this year. The cost of the t-shirt is included in the ringer ticket.
Pro Tip: Have a spreadsheet with each ticketholder’s name as seen on their government issued id, preferred e-mail address, mobile phone number, HMA membership number (if using the membership discounted registration; Ringer tickets only), t-shirt size (Ringer tickets only), and handbell position (Ringer tickets only). This will help you complete large group registrations like a champ!
Pro Tip: Remember that Friends & Family tickets do not have field access rights. The Rangers’ box office is unable to grant you access to the field as part of this event. Field access for ringers is controlled by Area 9 and the security team at Globe Life Park.
Pro Tip: Ringers under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them on the field with their own ringer ticket.
All registrations are final once completed. No refunds will be issued.
We have a huge team of volunteers this year who will be taking first-class care of our ringers checking in for the event. Our check-in process will be divided up by t-shirt size this year. Your check-in ticket will have your name and t-shirt size displayed to help speed up the check-in process. Remember to bring your park entry ticket that was e-mailed to you; Area 9 will not have your park entry tickets this year.
Those with Friends & Family park entry tickets can head straight to your seats or browse through the gift shops while we rehearse.
Pro Tip: Make sure that you or your group’s leader order the correct size t-shirt as we will have no extra t-shirts on site.
Pro Tip: If your group has several people with a common t-shirt size, you can have one person wait in line to pick up those t-shirts while others in your group park, unload, or wait in a shady spot.
Registration Closes July 14, 2017 at 11:59 PM
