Summit 2020 will offer attendees the opportunity to browse and purchase products and services for their handbell program. In addition, Exhibitor Education will let individual businesses offer 45-minute informative presentations, reading sessions, and mini-concerts featuring their products and publications.
We have exhibitor and sponsorship packages to fit every budget – big and small.

Advertiser Package – $40
This package is perfect for those companies who cannot physically attend Summit 2020 but would like to have their products and services featured in our festival booklet.

**Booth space is 8′ wide by 6′ deep; each booth space comes with one (1) six-foot (6′) table and two (2) chairs; electricity can be purchased (see registration system)

These packages are targetted to specific areas or portions of Summit 2020. Wi-Fi Sponsor – $50 per day
Everyone at Summit 2020 will want wi-fi to check the event app or post that epic selfie online, and your company can be the one thanked for providing the wi-fi!

Tweet Wall – $60
Is your business super social? This is the opportunity for your company’s logo to appear at the top of the Summit 2020 tweet wall at the Registration/Information Desk and in the Exhibitors’ Village. Attendees will get to see their tweet appear live thanks to your company!

Name Tag Sponsor – $500
Signage is great, but your logo will appear on the one thing that everyone will look at during Summit 2020 – name tags. That’s right! Imagine your logo on the name tag of every single person at Summit 2020!

Registration/Information Desk Sponsor – $500
Your logo will be visible during Summit 2020 from sun up to sun down, and it will be visible at the fifty-yard line of Summit 2020 – the Registration/Information Desk. Let every attendee and visitor see your commitment to handbell excellence while they enjoy all of the ringing, classes, shopping, and concerts at Summit 2020.

All-Day Drink Station – $500
Everyone gets thirsty during a day of ringing and learning. All attendees will see your commitment to make Summit 2020 the best handbell event this summer every time they get a bottle of water, soda, or cup of coffee.

Lunch Sponsorship – $1,500

Dinner Sponsorship – $2,000

Online Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration
Exhibitor/Sponsor registration for this event will open January 1, 2020. All package options will close at 11:59 pm on April 30, 2020.
Area 9 reserves the right to cancel any portion or all portions of Summit 2020
if the number of registrations is deemed insufficient.
Firearms or weapons of any type are strictly prohibited at Summit 2020.
Columbus Avenue Baptist Church is a smoke/vape/tobacco free facility.
