Do I need to prepare anything to attend this event, or can I just show up?
Attendees should purchase music in advance from the music vendor of your choice, and they should rehearse the music prior to arrival. At Spring Ring, we rehearse and polish the selections as a massed ensemble. There will be an informal concert at the end of the event for family and friends.

Is there an age limit to enter the event?
This event is open to ringers age 10+. Registrants under the age of 18 must have a parent, legal guradian, or appointed chaperon present. The parent, legal guardian, or appointed chaperon must also register for the event.

What are my parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of free on-site parking for this event at all locations.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Please bring all equipment required for your ensemble/choir to participate. Table rental is available for this event (see registration form).

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can find contact information for all Handbell Musicians of America Area 9 officers at area9.handbellmusicians.org. You can contact the event registrar – Chris Burton, Treasurer – directly at treasurer.area9@handbellmusicians.org.

Is my registration transferrable?
Registration for this event is not transferable to other events.

Is my registration refundable?
Registration for this event is refundable when requested seven (7) days prior to the date of the event. Refund requests less than seven (7) days prior to the event will not be accepted.

Can I update my registration information?
You certainly can! If you noticed that you misspelled your name or need to fix your telephone number, you can log into your Eventbrite account to make the corrections yourself or contact Chris Burton at treasurer.area9@handbellmusicians.org.

Registration Info

Area 9 is excited to offer online registration for all Spring Ring locations! Before you click that registration link below, here are few helpful tips to use our online registration system.

Registration for all sites is $30 for each person attending. If you are a current member of Handbell Musicians of America, you can save $10 per person attending with your group or under your membership number. (That’s right! Your membership makes each person’s registration just $20.)

  • Click the button below for the correct location. Each location has its own registration.
  • Pay for your registration with your preferred credit card OR select the “Mail Check” option.
  • Remember to complete the “Table Space” section. You can choose between “Renting Tables” (fees apply) and “Bringing Tables” (always free)
  • When finishing your “Table Space” option, the “quantity” box is for the number of tables you will rent or bring.
  • We will ask the name, e-mail address, mobile number, and Handbell Musicians of America membership number (if applicable) of each attendee. If you’re registering a large group, having a spreadsheet with everyone’s information in it will help you complete your registration quickly and easily.

Registration for all locations closed March 20, 2019, at 11:59 pm.

Firearms or weapons of any type are strictly prohibited at this event.
All locations are smoke/tobacco-free facilities.

Area 9 reserves the right to cancel any or all Spring Ring events
if the number of registrations is deemed insufficient.
