Concert Series Image with Listing

Area 9 offers placement of your concert series title design on our Events page. Your concert series image will help draw extra attention to your listing on our website and help concert-goers see your series theme before walking in the door!

Here are the details for those supplying artwork:

Small (100 pixels wide x 100 pixels high) – $10 per concert series

There is a two-month restriction on dates between first and last concert of the same series. Concert presenter/organization must supply camera-ready artwork. Design and adjusting services are available from Area 9 for a nominal fee. Please contact our Communications Chair should you need assistance with your artwork or if you are ready to submit your artwork.

Electronic invoices (PDF) are e-mailed from the Area 9 Treasurer when concert artwork request is received by the Communications Chair.

Advertising in Ringing News

We are always looking for great advertising partnerships! Area 9’s Ringing News is delivered directly to subscribers’ e-mail inbox once a month giving your products and services center stage. We offer several options for ad size and frequency. Space is always limited so make sure to contact our Communications Chair today!

Here are the details for those supplying artwork:

Small (200 pixels wide x 300 pixels high) –

  • $10 per issue
  • $54 for 6 issues
  • $102 for 12 issues
Large (200 pixels wide x 600 pixels high) –

  • $18 per issue
  • $97 for 6 issues
  • $184 for 12 issues

Please contact our Communications Chair should you need assistance with your artwork. Please note that production fees may apply.

Ensembles and choirs that are members of Handbell Musicians of America can advertise their concert series in Ringing News at a discounted rate. Member ensembles will receive a discount of 50% off the above-listed pricing. All other guidelines apply. A valid membership is required during all periods in which the ad runs.

Electronic invoices (PDF) are e-mailed from the Area 9 Treasurer when an ad artwork and timing request is received by the Communications Chair. Ringing News is produced once a month. Special editions of Ringing News will not contain advertising space unless specifically contacted by our Communications Chair.
