Come join your fellow Area 9 ringers at this year’s Fall Fanfare! With locations in Texas and Oklahoma, groups and ringers across the region will have the opportunity to share in ringing and fellowship under the direction of one of our fabulous Area 9 clinicians.

We listened to your suggestions. Fall Fanfare is earlier this year.  August 16th 2025. This will allow your new ringers to attend the Rookie Ringers class and come to your first rehearsal ready to ring. Also, this will allow an earlier preview of Spring Ring Repertoire and other new repertoire you can include in your schedule for the season.

All registrations include lunch.

Is there an age limit to enter the event?
This event is open to ringers ages 10 and up. 

What are my parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of free on-site parking for this event at all locations.

Do I have to be a member of Handbell Musicians of America to attend this event?
No. All ringers at all skill levels are invited to join us at Fall Festival 2025.

Is my registration refundable?
Registration for this event is refundable when requested prior to the registration deadline for the location. Refund requests made after the registration deadline for the location will not be accepted for any reason. Please e-mail your refund request to Jeanne Christopherson at [email protected].

Can I update my registration information?
You certainly can! If you noticed that you misspelled your name or gave the wrong telephone number, you can log into your RegFox account to adjust your registration yourself or contact Jeanne Christopherson at [email protected].

Is my registration transferrable to another event?
Registration for this event is not transferable to other events.

What equipment do I need to bring?                                                                                                                          You should be fine bringing only a pair of gloves. If any classes require any special equipment, you will be notified in the class description.

Anything else I should know?                                                                                                                                          Be sure and dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes. If you need a pad or rug to stand on, please bring it. It is August and we live where the temperatures go high. You can plan on the facilities being cool enough to accommodate larger groups.  If you tend to get cold quickly, you should probably bring a sweater or light jackets.
