Welcome to Area 9’s Summit 2018! You can learn all of the details about Area 9’s biennial handbell festival for handbell musicians of all skill levels and ages. This Summit is the Ringin’ Rodeo Roundup as we head to the Rodeo Capital of Texas – Mesquite. Located just minutes east of Dallas, Mesquite combines the best of the Old West with award-winning historic sites and the latest in shopping and the arts.

At Summit 2018, you will have the chance to participate in educational and engaging classes; enjoy performances by some of our best choirs, ensembles, and soloists; browse and shop through exhibit booths from handbell publishers, retailers, manufacturers and more. In the evenings, you can head into downtown Mesquite to explore local shops and eateries, socialize with friends during game night, experience one of our escape rooms, or relax by the pool. It is everything you could want and all with some true Texas hospitality.

There is a lot of information available here on our website, and we’ll be updating these pages with more news as Summit 2018 draws near. However, if we forgot something or did not answer a question you have, please let us know.
